What you’ll do: By joining our talented compounding department, you can expect to challenge yourself while performing a variety of tasks. Our Compounding Technician ensures that all products are batched in accordance to the formula manufacturing instructions or “recipe”. You will stage and verify all required ingredients for bulk products and use state-of-the-art machinery to mix and blend raw materials. Our compounding team is responsible for product flow to manufacturing – providing high quality product that meets standards for flavor, color, viscosity and visual appearance.

We are seeking a Weigher to join our Compounding Team in an environment with strong commitment to internal and external customer service.
- Weigher: Monday – Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm
Our Weighers are responsible for weighing and measuring the raw materials required for our Batchers and Research & Development department. The basic responsibilities of the position include: weighing out raw materials; inventory paperwork; and material handling in compliance with specific inventory control procedures.
The Weighing Shopper would be responsible for printing and physically picking all raw materials for batchers and weighers. The basic responsibilities of the position include: fork lift certification, inventory and paperwork and material handling in compliance with specific inventory control procedures.
Essential Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Basic chemistry or food science knowledge
- Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs frequently, and up to 75lbs occasionally
- Able to work around hot pour perfumes and fragrances on a daily basis
- Have normal hearing and vision with the ability to discern colors
- Basic reading and math skills
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing environment is a plus
E3 Shift; Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 6:30pm to 7:00am
The Team Leader will report to the Shift Supervisor and perform duties as assigned that include: meeting the daily manufacturing schedule, helping associates with specific duties, solving problems, and communicating daily manufacturing information to the production teams. The Team Leader needs to be familiar with machinery and equipment; able to trouble-shoot as necessary and as directed. Good listening and leadership skills, as well as good follow through characterize this position. Leads by example and represents manufacturing mission “to make quality products and provide outstanding service”.
Job Responsibilities:
- RedZone Navigation: The ability to assist team members in navigating Redzone tablets. This involves using an Apple tablet to help complete quality and maintenance checks throughout the shift, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintains and adheres to all safety rules and reports safety issues.
- Ensure team meets or exceed all quality expectations
- Review daily schedule with a mindset towards success.
- Drive to meet improvement targets for these crucial areas: units per labor hour measure, defect per opportunity measure, and downtime or OEE measure.
- Ensure that all required work associated with your team is covered on a daily basis.
- Relay changes and information to the team members.
- Facilitate/Coach new process changes.
- Exemplify the “can do” attitude with suggestions which are a part of the solution, not a part of the problem.
- Communicate work standards to production and track results.
- Arrange and complete training with all new hires, both regular and temporary employees.
- Advises Supervisor when disciplinary action is warranted.
- Coaches team members on attitude, productivity and interpersonal skills.
- Support Operational Excellence program by doing audits and actively being part of an OE Pillar.
Skills and Experience required:
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate and train all skill levels
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Mechanical inclination and aptitude
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and excellent follow
- Previous experience in a GMP environment and Lean manufacturing, a plus.
E3 Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 6:50pm - 7:00am
Reporting to the Material Handling Supervisor, the Material Handler’s main responsibilities are to manage, prep and prepare all materials for production, verifying the accuracy of the order. The right candidate will have the ability to communicate well – both externally and internally; be a team player with a strong work ethic; ability to work productively and independently is essential. Must be detailed-oriented, highly organized, previous forklift a plus. Must be able to handle 50 lbs. routinely, 75 lbs. occasionally; ability to stand and walk for long periods on a regular basis. May be required to assist and work on production lines as needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Verify and deliver materials to production accurately and on time
- Perform the inventory transactions in the ERP system, keeping jobs updated throughout the shift
- Wrap and move pallets to final locations
- Communicate within the production team
- Work in a safe and diligent manner to make sure company guidelines are met
Minimum requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- General computer proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and have strong organizational skills
- Timely decision-making and responsiveness
- Possess solid reading and math skills.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior forklift experience preferred
